Title: The Angel Who Sees All Things
Dimensions: Approximately 40 x 40 inches
Medium: Mixed Media, Acrylic and Recycled Materials on Circular Support
Style: German Expressionism
Year: 2026
Curatorial Statement:
This monumental circular composition evokes the presence of a celestial messenger whose eyes transcend the limits of the human condition. Inspired by the biblical visions of angels covered in eyes — beings that symbolize divine vigilance, spiritual consciousness, and eternal awareness — the work presents an angelic force that observes not only humanity, but the hidden emotions of the soul.
At the center, fragmented human faces emerge between innocence, fear, memory, and revelation. Their expressions seem suspended between earthly suffering and spiritual awakening. Behind them, the pale angelic figure appears almost dissolved into light, becoming a silent witness to human destiny.
The surrounding structure, built from repeated geometric fragments and recycled textures, resembles both a sacred halo and a protective celestial mechanism. The circular movement suggests eternity, judgment, and divine continuity. Each fragment functions like an eye, reinforcing the concept that nothing remains unseen in the spiritual universe.
Executed in a raw German Expressionist language, the piece rejects perfection in favor of emotional truth. The visible textures, irregular materials, and instinctive brushwork intensify the sensation of spiritual urgency and prophetic vision.
This work speaks about the unseen world surrounding humanity — the invisible presence that watches, protects, remembers, and ultimately reveals the deepest realities of the human spirit.
