Under the Same Moon speaks about how we all live and survive together in the same world, beneath the same moon. Through human and animal presences, the work reflects a world in which personal interest can often outweigh the heart, compassion, and care for others.
Created on a material that was meant to be discarded, the piece also incorporates recycling into its meaning: something that seemed to have finished its purpose can be transformed, endure, and take on a new life.
