This painting explores the spiritual process of restoration—the moment when a person begins to leave behind an old identity and slowly emerges into the new life God intends. The fragmented face suggests a soul in transition, suspended between what was and what is being formed. Dark vertical streams descend across the figure like remnants of past wounds, regrets, and burdens being washed away.
The vivid purples, reds, and greens symbolize the tension between struggle and renewal.
